What a Virtual Finance Director does

- Cash flow management – we will monitor and forecast what’s coming in to make sure you have enough to cover what you need.
- Budget control – we’ll work with you to set realistic budgets, then track your performance against them. If you go off track, we will spot it and help you get back on course.
- Financial reporting – we will prepare detailed management accounts and reports, tracking your KPIs. Importantly, we will also explain what the numbers mean and what actions you should be taking.
- Growth planning – if you have growth plans, we can put together the detailed financial information you need to talk to investors, apply for funding or action plans for scaling up.
- Board-level support – If you’ve got investors, shareholders, or a board to report to, we’ll prepare board papers and attend meetings to present the financial position and answer questions.
